This is my pretty short collection of poems I've written. I know at some point in time I had more, but it seems I've lost them oO. Anyways, tell me what you think of them, I'd love your guys' opinions. Feel free to ask any questions as well. I'll add more as time progresses and I find them, aka happen to stumble upon them one random day.
First up..
Linger
The days pass by
and the clock ticks,
in her memory
lingers that last kiss.
So sweet,
yet so vile
it's poison to the brain
and a heart gone into exile
aching for a home
where it can never return.
That scent still lingers
and the comfort in his arms she'll yearn.
This life's gotten weak
So young, yet so old.
Mind knowing more
than the years it's been told.
A heart has been given,
but quickly lost
dropped like a stone
no matter the cost.
She'll pick it up on her own,
breaking until shattered
because in her world
love was all that mattered.

A Lie to You is Life, and I've Caught You Living
Days spent, years wasted
And everything bitter was all that was tasted
I cannot forgive, and I cannot forget
But now I pass by you with no regret
You're just another face in the crowd
Nothing special, nothing proud
Yet something still sets you apart
Perhaps it is the fact that you have no heart
You lie to others and thrive on their pain
While you wallow in self pity, never to see the truth again
The only thing you've done was destroy
Are you happy now? Cause it seemed to bring you joy
I can't say I'm sad to see you leave
No reason to cry, no reason to grieve
It's hard to think of your life now
But deception never made it better anyhow
You've got yourself trapped in a heavy web of lies
It's gotten so good, it even hides in your eyes
I ask how I could be so blind, why couldn't I have seen?
Just what you were meant to be, how you were so mean
But I'm not you and I don't want to understand
As long as your gone, I can live by my own hand
Though if there was one thing I were to say
It's Look the me you've made today
Stronger than the first and as tough as the last
Like every other problem that I've surpassed
And if there's anything better than these words that I am giving
A lie to you is life, and I've caught you living

This one I wrote for my baby, my boyfriend of over ten months <3 I think I gave this to him on one of our anniversaries? Or just randomly one day.. Or maybe even not at all, I don't remember oO. If not, hopefully he'll stumble upon it one day and make him happy =]
Untitled (since I couldn't come up with anything better)
My head is light, the future bright
My heart is whole
So is the mind body and soul
Take me now, my life's been completed
I've finally found exactly what I needed.
You've got my one and only heart
And you seem to have taken in from the start
I know this love will have no end
For eternity it will never bend
Forever it will be
True between you and me
I love you more and more everyday
Zack, you're the one person who can make me feel this way
My heart goes crazy, my mind insane
Your love has infiltrated my brain
It makes me laugh and it makes me cry
So many reasons why I know it will never die
We've been through it all
Though we may stumble and fall
I'll support you as you support me
And forever strong we'll always be.
