I got all the faceup of my Kid-Delf off with acetone, except for two different spots. The inner corner of the eyes and the crevice between the lips. Does anyone have any special tips on wiping the paint from there? Or tools? I tried a q-tip but that's just not working very well.

I dip a toothpick in brush cleaner then try to get it out. Most of it comes out.

A soft-bristled toothbrush, dipped in your cleaner. I wouldn't recommend using acetone as it EATS resin if left on for very long (there was a girl that left a head in acetone and it went melty, so be warned). Micheals has something called "Windsor & Newton Brush Cleaner" and that's typically what most people use, it works well from my own personal experience. :3

I've carefully used a toothpick for those little fine spots. I also use a cheap brush especially for getting the hard to reach areas inside the mouth.

Brush cleaner or alcohol is probably the best thing to use for removal as stated.
