Here's the deal. I was questing for an enchanted book but now I'm looking for a kelp o' the loch because it's cheaper. I want the water horse eyes right now, which will make my avy look like this.
I know it's a kind of hard quest but at the same time it's not a totally insane one either. So any help would be greatly appreciated, even if it's just going and bumping my main quest thread which is Here or just trading links on our quest threads.
