I actually don't have a playlist, since my main form of working out is DDR, but... I want to make one for when I'm just stretching, using weights, or doing a movie...

When I used to have Tae Kwon Do, they always played "Everybody Have Fun Tonight" by Wang Chung... xd xd But man, it got us going. Bahahaha. That song just reminds me of That 70's Show, where Fez sings it... xDD And I'd definitely put it in my playlist if I had one.

I just listen to music I like, which can include anything from country music, rock, alternative, a little bit of rap, etc. I have a ton of music on my computer, I need an MP3 player.

I listen to the sound track of Commentary! the musical, and music from Cat Empire when I work out. The stuff from Cat Empire is really fast beat usually. And funny, I loves them.

I've got I lot of music and I always randomize. >.>

Don't you always get bored hearing the same thing when you work out?
It bothers me I can never have a set list.

mmmin a way yes...but then the lyrics kick in and it gets me motivated. I'm doing p90x right now so I dont usually have my playlist on. The dvd supplies music. When I do cardio I can switch my playlists from the 80s songs to my gorillaz playlist to my spanish mixes. So I switch a lot. I'm just going through my 80s music list

How much does music help in exercise?

Music motivates you and keeps you from getting bored from exercising I guess.
