Strengths: The melodic heavyily added keyboards and creepy atmosphere the keyboards give to the music. The mix between operatic femal vocals, low smooth male vocals, and harsh vocals in some bands are some of the best in Metal.
Weakness: Too many bands that sound the same.

Strength: A lot of bands achieve a very beautiful, haunting sort of atmosphere, creating a lot of vivid imagery.
Weakness: Too many bands try to achieve above sound with no devation, and almost all singers sound the same.
