$5000 is not enoughI agree with the insurance company evaluating how much people should get, but what really infuriates me is the guy who had the gall to say he wants to be made whole again after suffering a bloody nose and some bruises. I think the airline should yank the offer of $5000 to him for even daring to suggest something so ridiculous, people like that man are an embarrassment to our legal system. If he sued the airline assuming that the airline hadn't offered him $5000 dollars the airline would not have to pay nearly that much to him, any judge with sense should throw out his lawsuit.
