surprised I like that you've captured that kind of melancholy-yet-hopeful-in-the-tiniest-way feeling of Regret Message.
One nitpicky thing--I wish your backgrounds were a little sharper. By this, I mean that your sunrise (sunset? Well, it's pretty, regardless) is a little blurry (you used a soft-edged brush, right?) and I feel like if the edges were slightly more defined it would look a little better. The little highlights on the water and the bottle itself are somewhat sharper and it's a little disorienting. Again, this is nitpicky so feel free to disregard this if you'd like, I just keep remembering my art teacher from high school being happy about nice crisp edges/details in paint work.
biggrin It's a little easier in image editing programs, so... yes. >>
I know there's a way to make clouds look wispy without blurring them at the same time, and making them a little sharper can help give them a little more depth while defining their boundaries. I guess it's something you kind of have to play with for a while to get used to, though. >>
Nice job.
biggrin Thanks for sharing!
