See, you might have only broke the rule #1 twice, but how bad was it, and how much?
Jagex is very unfair yes, but i've never seen them ban a person for just saying one bad word twice.
Just start over and make a new person if you want to play runescape again

and longest i've been muted i 2 days and that was an accidental racism one when i was reanacting out a scene from south park involving cartman and kyle.
so jagex is either nice to you or a b***h to you. i just wanna find out what you did to deserve perm.

In my second one I told someone in the clan that "guitar string lubricant can be used for more than just greasing your strings a.k.a. greasing your pole" and someone in the clan reported me.
So yeah, what I said was bad, but was it perma mute bad? I think not.
Wow. I've said things so much worse than that yet all I've had
was a few day mute. neutral Also, I don't think we're taking into the effect
of the...er...difference between England and the USA. Like, with how
things means different things. This could be a fault on both parts though.
