About 3 months after GSBB, Nerd had left the mercs without a word, and never told anyone why. He owned a bar and inn for people traveling through the Jonk Wilderness called 'The Mess Hall', which he later put for sale. His family blood-line is the blood-line of the devil, and he has been selected to be the Devil of his generation. When Lucifer takes over, his eye turns pure red. His friends helped him get rid of Lucifer in a battle, in which Legion was also defeated, though Nerd still has some of the powers. Lucifer's leaving his body caused him to lose his memory however. Then he was taken to an alternate dimension by IndigoNerd000 and trained to be an assassin. His memory was later restored, but he and X got stuck on Final Destination when it flipped to a different dimension. Though X survived, SuperNerd000's body couldn't withstand the power thrown at it, and he died, though his spirit lived on. His spirit was captured by demons, though Zelly helped him and got his spirit back to his body. In the process of rescuing Nerd's soul, it has been revealed that she's really a Dark Elf. Also, Nerd had been revealed to be the current Millenium Champion, a hero chosen every one thousand years to protect the world from a great evil. Later his body was destroyed in the fight between him and Alzar, the Great Evil who was defeated. The spirit of Kalto, the original Millenium Champion, now waits for the next Hero, while Nerd's spirit went to the Celestial Kingdom. He completed the Trials of Life, and was reborn and sent back to the normal world, as an elf. Zelly found him, but then she was captured by her father (Dricel), and she was about to be executed for crimes that broke a number of Dark Elf laws. However she was saved at the last second when the spirit of an old village priestess inhabited her body. Her words knocked some sense into her father, who was actually on her side from the beginning, and agreed to help in any way he could. Later, Dricel revealed to Nerd and, unintentionally, Zelly, that Zelly wasn’t truly real. She was actually a simple mixture of shadows made to look like a person, created by Shadow. For some time, she wanted nothing to do with Albea (City of Dark Elves), the place she thought was her true home. She turned to her shadow form, and then Nerd broke into pieces. It was revealed that Nerd was in fact a clone, and the original had been resting in a Restoration Pod in Toshif Island for months. After the clone was put together, and broke again, the original finally awoken. The memories of the clone were put into the original Nerd, but it had a side effect on his mind, and he thought he was Zelly’s slave. Zelly managed to find a solution to that, and the two were off again. Later Nebilim (Zelly’s sister) was released, so too were Zelly's memories from thousands of years ago. Zelly regained her memories and powers as the spirit of sound, one of a group of elemental spirits. However, because of this, she had to resume her role as the spirit of sound and was not allowed to be with Nerd anymore.

At the very end, there was a Final Battle. Oni (the demon that had possessed Akai/Kasai) fought Akai/Kasai, Aoi, Young SN000, Alzar (who came back), Kevin, Dead Aim, and Alicia (all in turns). Towards the end, the Great Halen came, but Oni used his Final Smash and practically destroyed it, and sent it falling into the sea, where it now lies at the bottom of it. Though it seemed he was invincible, Toshif Island rose into the sky, awakened by Zylo. The Island did its own Final Smash and obliterated Oni, ridding of him once and for all.
