Have a question about Kannavahmen? Need to know something that isn't answered in the other posts here? Just want to check if something's right?
Post it here and someone will get to you ASAP!
Just a few notes:
We're more then happy for you to make things up! Not everything in Kannavahmen is set and/or designed, so there's lots of room for people to make things up.
Plus...it's a world full of mysteries. Who's to say magic can't happen?!

So, you covered the "who can adopt" question for the celphs but I see no mention of it in the Garion post. So basically, my question is; can Garion children only be adopted by other Garions?

Any race can be adopted by any other race. There's no limitations there.
The only thing that needs to be taken into consideration is the society of the race the child is being taken into.
If a Garrion was taken in to a Common household and society, it would depend on if it was a Kingdom or Empire citizen.
Empire treat Garrion like slaves or less then people. They have ever little in the way of rights. But this is just the over all national view/ government's view. Individuals may act differently.
Kingdom's a little more progressive with it's view on other cultures and treat Garrion with some rights. Half breeds are frowned apon, but still given rights.
Celph adoption of a Garrion is possible, but there's the whole breathing under water thing.
