I got a question. If i have 2 privileged positions in play and my opponent plays wrath of god or damnation do my creatures die? I think they do but im not completley sure.
All of your creatures will die regardless of the number of Privilegde Positions in play, since Priviledged Position only prevents your other permanents from being targeted by spells or effects. Wrath of God and Damnation does not target a permanent instead it destroys ALL creatures in play.

If i have platinum angel in play and i run out of cards to draw do i loose?
Platinum angels ability: you cant loose the game and your opponents cant win the game?
As the card states you can't lose. So no matter what kind of effect happens to make you lose (Unless you concide), you cannot lose the game.
Your oppponent also cannot win, regardless whether a card he owns or plays specifies that he wins.
