So here lately I haven't been having my period... but I don't think I've had it since thanksgiving... But I have not had sex... So I am know I can't be pregnant cause I haven't even been near a guy for like a year.

But Idk if these are causes to not haivng my period
-I went on a crash diet, that hasn't a good idea, and cut back on what i've been eating
-I've been excirses alot lately
-school is high stressful
-Not having my period has been in the back of my mind for like ever, and when I am not worry about school, that crosses my mind.
-I've had a Vaccination shot since then.

IDK I am worried, but I shouldn't be worried cause I am not pregnant, but what if something else is wrong? I tried to tell my mom but she said the only reason I wouldn't have my period now is cause I am pregnant... because I've been having periods for a few years now.

Your mother is wrong, there are many reasons why a woman would stop getting her period. Pregnancy is probably the most common and well known, but that certainly doesn't mean it's the only one.

Other reasons for a late/missed period that could be factors in your case:

-Stress can make a period late.

-Weight loss/malnutrition can also interfere with a period. When women drop to an unhealthy weight (what is unhealthy varies from one person to the next, but it's under about 100 pounds for most women) they will stop getting their period. That's the body's way of letting the woman know she's gone too far and can hardly keep her own body going let alone a baby's body too.

-There are also medical issues (such as PCOS and disorders or infections of the pelvic organs) that can make a woman skip a period. Since you've missed a couple of periods at this point, I would suggest talking to a doctor about it. If your mother won't take you, you can visit a Family Planning or Planned Parenthood without her.
