We all know that even now the government is trying to get us to exercise more. Yet many of us don't for many different reasons. Some of those reasons are as follows:


  • Weird work hours
  • No time
  • To tired
  • Just don't want to
  • Physically can't


So in this thread lets try to solve some of these reasons.

The questions are


  • How long per day do you work out?
  • What kind of work out to do?
  • How do you work it around your work schedual?
  • What kind of workout do you think you could fit into 20 minutes?
  • What are your Physical limitations?
  • Do you have a way around them?

    Remember you can go outside of these questions they are here just as a guide line

I found out that this simple excersize I do works very well.. here's what I do:

* What down the street to get the mail everyday.
* Do little excersizes that are basically like Yoga for about 15 minutes every day.
* Play DDR on occasion for an hour or so.

This'll either help you lost some weight or it'll keep you at a good balance, and it'll make you feel better. And always remember to drink lots of water while you work out!
