you know, I was in the car the other day with my boyfriend's dad, and on the radio I kept hearing all these songs that I remember from when I was growing up. I just couldn't help but sing along with them, because it was like unwrapping a gift every time one would begin.
It'd been so long since I'd heard them that I'd forgotten all about them, and even now I'm having trouble remembering what they were. (I didn't get a lot of albums or anything like that growing up. Just the radio.)

There was this one song marilyn monroe sang in her movie that had to do with two saxaphonests having to run away from the mob, dressed in drag and joined an all girls jazz band. -_- I just can't for the life of me remember what that song was called.... oi burning_eyes

no idea hon, i never saw that movie.
I know how you feel though. It's like it's right on the tip of your tongue, and just can't quite grasp it.
I was never that big into M.C. Hammer, but his songs always had a good beat, and bass! white wedding is good. And, I always liked Madonna. Probably had something to do with how she went against the norm. :squee:
