His shoulder was still in a world of hurt, and the first thing that he was going to do, was get more painkillers. Yea sure, he was probably really in trouble after not showing up while moving under a mission of utmost importance and secretiveness...but his arm just plain HURT. Groaning at the thought of all the paperwork and harassment he was going to get, he started to keel down beside Veil on the bed. His parting words he didn't want to get picked up by the looming albino.
This discomfort made him blink as he almost lost his balance, not used to having the lost weight on one side still. Steading himself with one hand, his train of thought quickly swiched to what he was going to say. Nather than explain that they'd caught him erasing data pertaining to her, and had forced him to really be the 'bad guy' in this situation, he was just going to tell her to be careful. It seemed to him, she was quite content with where she was...and she might try to stay. However, it was so hard to tell what was hiding behind her pokerface.
Swallowing, his throat also creaked at him. Partly from the outside assault of strangulation, and partly because of the internal assault days ago. Pausing for a moment at aggravation as this thought rose, he wondered how flushed his cheeks were and if his bother would show. Veil seemed to pick up on all this, reading him like a book that she'd scanned over and over for years. Letting a melodically amused chuckles pass her lips, it only served to furrow his brow more.

Adriel continue to watch the two, ignoring his necessity for food and water. His eyes seemed calmer as the rocket got down onto the bed.
Faraon paws at the healer's leg and bites on the jean leg, pulling on it towards the kitchen, but Adriel didn't budge. The feline huffed and tried pulling harder, damn white column of a man.

"Veil, I'm..."
"Sorry. I know."
As usual, the woman finished his thought making Bones twitch. He let it go and just sighed, resting his head on her shoulder, and said nothing. After a few long moments, he stood shakily. "I'll see you later."
Showing a slight limp in part to stiffness from laying down, he finally gave notice to the healer still standing there. "You can stay over there." He gave him a wary glance sideways, just gripping his sword in one hand. Its not like he could easily tie to to his belt at the moment.
