You could have used a quest guide if you had THAT much trouble with it. And since it was a CHRISTMAS event, with SNOW imps, you had to go with colder. Because as the SNOW Queen's son, he'd obviously like it better COLD.
>.> Silly goose.
And the QUEST was for the Myths of the White Lands. Explorer Jack is next to lumbridge castle. It's still accessible to members.
You're speaking of the EVENT.
I had no problem finding him on both of my accounts.

You could have done what I did, just looked at the map and went to every white dot of snow on it. Jack would be on one of those snow dots, so yeah. sweatdrop

Found him fast on all 8 of my accounts just fine. Hell, the first one led me into the Wildy. I was following him by Edge and realized he was north of the black knights. He wasn't in the Wildy, although the spot where he was used to be considered Wildy before the trench was dug.
Although, I'm not positive. But I think the location of Jack tied into your Imp's name. 2 of my accounts had an imp of the same name, and there was two times that Jack was in the same spot. I know the 2nd time I saw him at the same location, it was on the 2nd time I got the repeated name. So it's likely.

Both of the accounts I did it on had the same named imp, but he wasn't far from either, just across a mountain. xp

Wasn't too hard really. If it was too hard to find him with your imp, then just teleport around to the snow patches neutral . It was only F2P Anyways.

Heh, events such as these are generally not to hard. Granted that this specific event was a bit more difficult as it was not the traditional "Talk to NPC" collect and return. Some future words of advice, I suggest checking Youtube. They aren't always exactly the "best" go to site for guides how ever as far as holiday events go, a larger quantity of people are able to provide video's to youtube then it is for a fan site to update.
