"Yeah...I prefer a coktail of blood when I drink. It's got about four different bloods in it, all the same type so as not to spoil the flavor. Plus I do a few other things to it in my shop. Like I said, very convenient for travelling, you can have a quick drink if the need arises, and you can sell the cup for some quick cash to get you to your next destination. Served me well many times."

"I'm afraid its not very intresting. I was born during a war between the elves and vampires. You already know about my parents. When I was discovered by my father. He killed my mother then sent me away when hit maturity i discoverd my true nature running a way I join a small vampire clan were i stayed until the humans discoverd our existance. The humans hired a group of shadows to distroy us. They killed all of us I'm not sure how i excaped but i did. And of course You know the rest of that story." Taking another drink of the Bloodtail

"Hmmm, bad enough the vamps had to go warring with Lycans but the elves too? I really dont know the history of the races that well, only been alive for 24 years...but I'm quite happy to look 17 for the rest of my life."
"Well then I shall tell you mine I suppose...not the happiest but in reality, not very many people get a happy story."
"I started out as human as any other even though I had my crystal abilities then, quite unaware of the existence of the other races, until a certain Lycan made a visit to my neighborhood. Since I had an attraction to the night before I was changed I was out walking just enjoying the night air. He quite easily took me down, tore into me quite a bit, and was going to tear out my throat when Zal came and saved me. I'll leave the details of what she did to the Lycan to your imagination. That night she soul bonded herself to me, she had apparently been watching me for quite awhile."
"Well not even three weeks later, under a full moon, a rogue vamp catches me out running. She was drawn to me because of the irresistable raw power I was leaking out being a fresh turned Lycan. I had made the stupid mistake of having Zal in her box when I was out that night. Before I could release her this vamp had me pinned to the ground and I was very powerless to stop her once she got her fangs in."
"She would have sucked me dry im sure but Zal knew exactly what was happening to me and somehow got out of her box. She took possession of me and waht she made me do to that vampire was worse than what happened with the Lycan"
"From then I was a wanderer in the world and about four years ago, had a run in with some "Demon Knights". I had pissed off the vampire council because I refused to let them use me anymore and they didn't want me to leave yet so they sent eight of those damn knights after me. And for two entire years they chased me trying to bring me back. At the end of the second year I made a stand and killed seven of them. The third tricked me...and I was brought back."
"From what I had done the council wanted nothing to do with me suprisingly so they just let me go....all that damn trouble for nothing. They had apparently found a new goldenboy to use as a slave. They were too busy with him to even kill me for taking the lives of their knights."
"So I wandered for the next two years until I came here...Quite a story but I think you will appreciate me leaving out some parts. Especially the incident with the Knights, I don't think I could relive that."

Same here. Blood is the only thing that gives me a buzz. Kind of a tradeoff because no human medications and medicines work well on me either. Makes it hard to be poisoned or drugged but pain relievers are no good either. Ah well no pain no gain." *finishes off his drink and compresses the crystal cup into a small flat disk, and begins idly flipping it around.*

"Even I'm not that curious...If you like inflicting pain upon yourself then feel free but there's a poison for every creature in this realm and the next, you just have to know how to mix it. How about you explore different sensations? Pain isn't too high on my list." *tosses the disk up into the air where it evaporates with a slight hiss. It spreads an aroma of cedarwood and lavender throughout the room.*

"Thanks, just another specialty I add to my crystals. A quick dip in a fragrance vat and the crystals can freshen up a room wherever I go. I guess it is good that you should test your limits, just don't overdo it."

*Smiles back at Raven* "Quite an interesting evening for me. Purifications left and right. A few sparring sessions with Bones. Therapy with Zal. And to top it all off, a lovely drink with the beautiful and charming Raven."
((Although it still feels akward, we've been having this conversation the whole time in someone else's room, I wonder if he'll ever be back...))
*Rises and looks out the window at the moonlit night* "I should probably be off. Havn't slept in a few days. Feel free to drop by my room sometime, you have yet to recieve your gift." *he starts for the door and pauses* "Hey, Raven. What's your favorite type of gem or crystal?"
