Cami blinked and blinked a bit at the big word he'd used. She didn't know what an onomatopoeia was but she generally heard the word when she used too many sound effects. "Whut? OH! Um.......you sleep and then you have a funky dream and touch a sleeping god body and it turns into a baby."

All the man did was sigh, and put his head in his hands. It sounded like the woman was serious - even if she was MORE spastic than Ben after he'd consumed copious amounts of sugar. Not that it was a bad thing. Mav was used to dealing with crazies.
"So I'll have a dream about a dead god, then have a baby. Sounds swell. When I DO get a baby, is there somewhere I can go if I need HELP with said baby? Our race tends to age... very quickly. I don't know much about... kids."

What had he gotten himself into? Whatever he HAD gotten himself into, it didn't seem like it would be... fun. At least not for a while. But watching Dragon had shown him that Fatherhood had its own rewards. Even if they weren't readily apparent. He offered a smile to the one calling herself Cami.
"Great. I'm ready - I think. So send me back to wherever."

"okies!" the woman said, leading Maverick over towards a small funny plate on the floor that was floating a bit around her knees. "Just stand on this, close your eyes and count to ten."

Maverick stepped up onto the plates, and eyed the bellhop. He sighed, closed his peepers, and waited, counting in his head.

When his eyes reopened, he was returned to wherever the heck they'd got him from. Woohoo all finished with that! Cami liked this job!
