"You trespass more than you dare." she warned, leering into the darkness at the other wolf. "I did not come to start a fight with you, Aboki. I came to simply deliver my decision on the matter."
And yet, why was she not walking away? She was done with him, he was quite obviously done with her...anything more he had to say were simply his attempts to upset her.
....whether she wished to admit it or not, they were working.

He chuffed a bit with humorless laughter as he continued. "You, Choma, are a frightened little pup who never stopped running. You surround yourself with flawed followers because their own flaws outweigh your own and you enjoy feeling burdened by them to give yourself importance. By comparison to them, you're perfect. And you've come to enjoy it so much that you've started to see yourself as infallible."
He turned, retreating into the darkness as only his voice remained present, echoing up at Choma from the narrow stone walls. "One day you'll tell the wrong person who they can and cannot care for, and you'll find yourself challenged. I only hope that I'm here to watch you hit the dirt."

Without giving herself time to hesitate or think twice, Choma charged forth into the crevice after Aboki, blinded by searing anger at his words. Not ten paces inward and she collided with another body in the darkness and the narrow tunnel resounded with the sounds of yipping, snapping jaws, and roaring snarls.
Had it not been such a common occurrance between the two of them, it might have caused passersby to worry by now.
