Zoya had walked for a very long time now. She had been in a very ill mood when she started walking and then it had evolved into a walking mood and so she had just kept going. Now she was unsure of where she was or how to get home or really anything at all. She imagined it would not be that hard to get home or find a place to stay here but she could not find anyone to ask any questions so she was at a loss. She padded along her mood quickly turning dour. She finally stopped in a grassy patch surrounded by trees. It was a secluded area and unless you were flying or actually trying to find her you would not even notice she was there. She was hungry and unhappy and wanted to take a nap but she figured it would be best not to sleep in unknown territory. So she settled for laying down in a huff with her tail curled over her nose and dosing.

Markus spread his giant wings as he ran twards the ledge and was awarded when the air caught him under his wings. The birds that had been taunting him were in for a surprise. This was one helix who was hungry and hunting. he climbed higher into the sky and immediatly the ducks were diving to the saftey of the waters. He laughed to him self and changed corse, following the spiralling birds. If he was lucky, he could grab two. He folded his wings and torpedoed twards the fleeing birds, quickly catching up. A burst of laughter came from his mouth as he caught one tightly around the neck, breaking it. He unfolded his wings before he hit the water and made his way back to land. He flew over the trees as he did and even at his speed noticed something peculiar. He'd be landing soon...and he'd check it out after he ate.

Zoya lifted her head as a shadow passed over her. It was odd because as far as she knew no bird had a shadow that large. Of course there could be a bird that large in these parts she did not know. She drifted back in her memory pulling up everything she knew about birds and the like. Nothing came to mind of course it could be a winged helix but that was also unlikely seeing as how she had not seen one yet. She finally lifted her head and looked up of course there was nothing there nor anything that would give her a hint as to what might have been there. She sighed and let out a long and lonely howl. It rebounded off of the trees around her and even in her ears it sounded sad. Well it reflected on her mood she guessed because she was in fact very disappointed. She laid her head back down and sighed she would have to sleep before she tried to hunt she was far to tired to try and actually catch anything. Yet still she was to fearful to let herself sleep in unknown territory.

Markus walked slowly through the woods. His meal had been slightly satisfying but now he was curious at who had ventured to this part of the woods. Not many came here as far as he could tell. His verly large wings made it hard to be silent in the thick woodsy area, they brushed up against just about every thing. He hoped that whom ever was near by whould think it a deer or something...
