[The Rules]
1. The Word of the ST is the Word of God as far as the game goes.

2. Player-killing is a big no-no. No hunting down other players just to kill them because you want to be a badass. PKers will be stamped out with extreme prejudice.

3. If you want to improve Attributes, Abilities, or Backgrounds, you'll be doing it in character. There will be locations available in the game where you can improve your stats if you dedicate character time and effort to doing so.

If you want to improve your Strength Attribute, you hit the gym and lift weights. If you want to improve your Science Ability, you enroll in the nearest college or hit the bookstore and spend some time studying. If you want more Resources, go rob a 7-11 or invest in some stocks. If you want that extra Discipline/Gift/Sphere/whatever, find someone to teach it to you. When you put enough time and posts into it, the ST will give you a message informing of your newly won improvements.

4. The ST reserves the right the add and modify rules as he deems necessary and conducive to the game.
