Yesterday ate omlete and had potatos kayaked for 3 hours
Today smoothie diet coke mac and cheese
GRRR my meal card is messed up grrrrr

Yesterday 4 hours kayaking I fell in and it was sooooooo cold there was ice on the banks Today 4 hours kayaking did much better

Sooooo ive been bad food and been doing lots and lots of kayaking
havent lost any weight butttttt I am 1 in smaller on thighs and 2 in on stomach 4laugh

i hurt my shoulder a bit so not as much exercising sad
did core & more yesterday bike & racquetball today
veggie eating & lot of water
only a little chocolate smile
