So, I want to know what you would think if a fetus were given full human rights... Where do you think we would draw the line?
First, I'm wondering... Would the census count them? If they get the full rights as a born human, then they must be counted!
Would the place they were concieved be considered their place of birth? After all, "life begins at conception".
Would you have to have a funeral and a death certificate for a miscarriage? Seriously, when a woman has a miscarriage, even the most extreme pro-lifers say "Oh, you can just have another one!". For that reason, I believe that no one truly equates it on the same level as a born baby.

Oh god help me I don't even want to think about that!
Not taking my prenatal pills would be considered child abuse, or at least neglect. Driving without a seatbelt would be child endangerment!
It would be absolutely maddening.

What if a fetus causes the woman bodily harm?
Could she call the police for domestic abuse? Even if she could, how would they arrest the thing? Plus, you get a social security number at birth... What would happen if someone stole a fetus' identity?
Really, the complications that would arise from giving a fetus personhood are infinite. But, we all already knew that.
Also, in the event a fetus somehow commits a felony...
... Where would the handcuffs go? gonk
