Ok i read something on the internet about how things can just be all in your mind and i recently went into my freinds house. Im at a new school this year (my old school was really bad so yea) so i had never been to her house before. I walked in and sudden shivers were send straight down my back and i got a feel of un-easyness. In the past month i watched and episode of ghost hunters and the house they investigated looked kind off like her house. So i just thought it was in my head. but now every time i go to one of my friends house, doesnt matter which freind, that feeling comes back. I dont know weather its all in my mind or if something is wrong with me. It even does this sometimes when im alone in my own house.... Its like the feeling of being watched. I woke up at 2 in the morning on tuesday i think and i had the feeling again it took my 3 hours to get back to sleep. Can anyone explain please?

not enough to draw any conclusions.... there could be many reasons for this to occur... it could simply be some electromagnetic interference that is bothering you or paranoia or what have ye.... i wouldnt worry too much, the best thing to do is not panic... panicking doesnt help anyone... just keep your cool and let things play out naturally...

it might be all in your head from watching the thing that talked about it all being in your head and the feeling you got at your friends house(the first time) was brought over to your other friends houses

Learn to love the feeling of being creeped out, that way it wont bother you as much. I watch the Ghost Hunters too; I remember them saying that a house with a lot of electricity running, especially an old house, can cause hallucinations in certain people. Also, houses that have any open paint cans, cleaning products, or too many chemicals can cause paranoia. Drinking more water, I believe, can help reduce those symptoms but maybe not for everyone.
I don't pretend I know anything for sure, but I've had my own experiences since I was a little kid and can sympathize with feelings of uneasiness and the supernatural...but after awhile I realized my mind was actually just entertaining itself (boring, lonely childhood)

It's like that one time I watched an alien documentary and didn't sleep for two days.

It could be similar to the placebo effect - you were reading something about things like that occurring all in your head and that might have caused your mind to act in the way it did or perceive what it did.

It's very regular for me to imagine seeing a ghost or have daydreams of paranormal activity after I encounter a paranormal case being spoken of on the Telly (Television, for those of you who don't know); difference is, I know the difference, so I wouldn't find it surprising that your sensations may just be out of the expectations that they may happen or something of the sort and that your just a bit confused whether these sensations are only mental or may be caused by something else or something else coupled with it being mental.

It also may be because of what and how you perceive houses - if you see houses other than your own as unfamiliar and thus suspenseful, it may cause you to react as you described yourself to.

Though it would be fun and fascinating for my imagination, it's unnecessary to seriously speculate and believe a supernatural explanation for this.

This is another great explanation for your sensations from facts that we do know.

idk, but it sounds like its in ur head...wenever i go to a new place...i get some pretty sick feelings...at least until i can adjust to the way things r there...watching ghost hunters will prolly only drive ur mind into more and more possibilities that can be brought out of it if u believe it enough...
