"You had puppies indeed?" Kurumiril was interested. He noticed Blie seemed rather proud that his pups were now gone and making their own lives so he did not hold back to ask about them. "How were they? Did they look more like you or the other parent? What kind of personalities did they have?" He giggled, "What did they smell like?"

"They are fine and taking care of everything on there own. And as for there smell, they smelled like me and there mother. Funny how we both have a sweet scent to us. So the pups did too. And they looked like both of us." He was happy answering the questions. "Have you ever had any of your own?"

Kurumiril grinned with his teeth, the way he always did, as Blie spoke of his sweet scented family. His grin turned into a humble smile, "I guess you can say I've had plenty of children. Quite a bunch even, and I bet they're all out making their families grow like your own children have done." He sighed but there was no trace of melancholy in this breath, perhaps only hope and wishes, "But, technically, I don't have any of my own."

"Oh? I thought someone like you would have atleast had one bunch..." Blie thought about it for a moment. "You seem like someone that could find someone that would love to have young ones with you. You are nice and kind and caring."

Kurumiril took in the compliments, smiling, his eyes clear and open. He chuckled a little bit at the previous thought. "No, it's true, I have never had any pups. I guess I was too busy taking care of others, which I don't regret, that I never had time to meet any other dragonfly." He pondered. "And even the dragonflies I fell in love with, I had seen them grow up. I could not break such a parental vow."

What the elder said made seem about right. When one raised a dragonfly from a pup, it was like being there father and that would be strange. "I'm sure there is a dragonfly out there that would love to raise pups with you. Just take some time and look around." He nodded at his thought before looking up at the blue skies above. "Who knows, this day seems to be a nice day, I'm sure you can meet someone."

Kurumiril listened dreamily to what Blie said. He enjoyed the idea of starting on a fresh start. He was back in Di'jai, then why not raise his own pups. He wouldn't have to stop caring for the other pups in the forest but at least he could have children he could call his own, children that would call him dad and not wonder where their true parents were. "Yes, it is a most spectacular day. I could meet such a kind dragonfly, one that would look at me from far and smile. One that would want to raise pups with such love just as much as I do." He started to daydream, he could continue his walk in the meadow and a beautiful dragonfly would come by with such passion, he smiled at the thought.

Blie nodded and kept watching the sky. "I kind of miss having my own pups around. Or pups at all in that manner. There are many around, but they all have someone watching out of them it seems. I'm sure if you had pups with someone, not one of them would go missing." He laughed and peered at the elder. "I'm sure you would chase them down and bring them back."

Kuru kept his glance on a cloud in the shape of a bird at rest on a branch crossing the sky. He relished the idea of having pups, especially in the way Blie put it, "That I would. I've never let down any child. I would be darned hypocritical to do such a thing to my very own pups..." He stretched and wondered about Blie's current status, "You know by the way, if you go see Beriothien I'm sure he would gladly let you look after some pups..."

"I know that, it is just." Blie was not sure what it was. "I'm not sure. It is just not the same you could say. The pups there already have someone watching over them. I guess I can just find some that have wandered away from there families or something." He nodded at that thought and laughed. "But I do like to travel because then I get to meet new dragonflies. So looking after a pup is a little hard."

Kurumiril nodded his head a little bit. It was true that you had to sacrifice your nomadic lifestyle when you had a pup, at least for a time. "I used to find older pups, some which were a little more agitated, and if they were tired I would put them on my back and continue my way. To be honest I had a pretty nomadic lifestyle as well." He grinned. It was a blessing he guessed to have such a big back. "Certainly my own pups would be nomadic..."

"Maybe if I had a bigger body, I could do that as well. But I'm an adult and have to work with what I have." Blie laughed. "To be honest one can grow up traveling all there life and then just stop out of nowhere and find a place to settle down. But I never want to do that, because then I wouldn't get to meet as many new dragonflies."

Kurumiril chuckled as Blie laughed. He grinned happily and said, "Of course. I never wish to stop either..." He chuckled some more, "If anything you do not need to settle down. Just call me up, I'd gladly carry your pups around for you so there would be no need to settle down." Kuru thought it was a pretty farfetched idea. He started laughing then layed his head back in the grass.
