This one is just creepy
Basically, this girl was possessed by a demon and it was killing her as she wasn't strong enough to cope with it. I knew I could handle it and eventually fight it off. So to save her life, I allowed it to possess me instead. Naturally, I start to freak out, but I had enough control to lock myself in a closet and smash a mirror with my fist (which I thought would release the demon from me).
Instead I woke up from the dream, and felt nauseous. Within an hour of having the dream I was vomiting.

O.O that's a terrible dream, Thyna. I got cramps just reading that... and yeah that is creepy. I've never been sick after a dream, but I have had the ones that are so real that you feel like it was happening to you ...for real.
Still that's not the way you want to try to start off the morning, waking up from that.
Just one question, how was smashing the mirror going to drive out the demon?

This is twice for me, but its been a good decade or more since the last time. And yeah I get those real feeling ones as well. gonk
I woke up from the dream at about 12 am. I had been awake for an hour trying to keep my gut from exploding, when hubby came to bed. That did it bathroom I go lol
As for the mirror, I have no clue. It was just part of the dream. But in retrospect, there are some who do believe a mirror can act as a doorway between realms (maybe the mirror acted as a door between my dream and my reality?) that or I've watched too many polterguiest/ghost theme movies over the years. So many of then have some type of weird thing happen with windows and mirrors (and Tvs ) smile

I see, maybe that's why I don't have a real affinity for mirrors. My mother likes to tile the walls with the things, which is pretty in passing, but I never really liked looking into them much...beyond the usual hair, clothes and make up thing (of course that could just be a result of too many horror movies).

Usually, I feel the same about them. But dreams can do interesting things with common everyday items.

That's true, of course I dream about tests and forms...more to the point of not being able to find them or remember why they're important.

I've always felt like the ones that you remember are the important ones. Sometimes they're messages that perhaps can only be delivered when your mind isn't so active.
