Have you noticed that fluffy bunnies often stand for destruction, evil, and insanity? Rabbits used to symbolize lunar stuff so that may be it but I dont think that all the people who use evil bunnies in comic or whatever know this. You may think this sounds stupid but what do you think grunnys are based off of? Dinosaurs?

er... those pics are artificial-slash-photomanipulated.
maybe their red eyes are what's making them look evil...like Invader Zim's.

actually...most real live bunnies do have red eyes, or at least red-rimmed eyes, which amounts to the same thing.
work near a pet shop and you'll see the evil wink

Personally, I don't see bunnies as evil uless you see cute and fluffy as evil.
