i just got a Decepticon belt buckles in the mail the other day it so cool but the spike are a b***h

I want one, but I'd like it to only be visible under black light. Imo, that would be pretty cool. I think you can. You can use the type of color that reacts to UV or non UV in this case and so it will either disappear in sunlight or appear in sunlight. Ask your nearest tattoo parlor and they probably can tell you smile
