Tudor Food and Pastimes. It's based on the records of a man who was in the government (IIRC, he was secretary of the navy and a couple other posts at the same time): basically, how he ran his household! Rather interesting.

When i hear or read about the Tudors...my mind thinks Anne Boelyn...Queen Elizabeth...etc etc...all the women who made a difference and stamped their mark in history.
