Description: Sometimes referred to as the walking dead, these creatures were once mortal, but turned into one of the children of the night. Their bodies are dead, their skin pale. The only thing they need to survive is the blood of humans. They possess supernatural strength and speed to some extent, and their senses are somewhat heightened, as well as their healing ability. They are immortal, but can be destroyed. Their weaknesses include sunlight and fire. Exposure to these result in immediate death.

Description: Also known as Werewolves, creatures who transform into wolf like beings on full moons. In human form, Lycanthropes take on canine like mannerisms. Faster healing, faster metabolism, toned muscles. Senses are enchanced. An aquired 6th sense, in which they can 'sense' another Lycan is nearby. Their weakness is silver. Anything silver will burn the skin and if it gets into the blood, it can poison.

Description: The majority mortal, they're the group who spend their lives hunting the immortals. Though some immortals have broke from their covens and clans to join them. Dedicated to killing what they hunt, their precision and determination are unmatched by any race. Their access to the latest technology is pretty up to date, though not as good as the Lycanthropes.

Description: Tainted are the only race to actually have different powers based on their subspeices, but they all have a few things in common. All Tainted are weak against holy weapons, bearing some taint of evil from their demonic nature, though the strength of that taint varies between Tainted; the more evil you are, the more damage you will receive from holy weapons.
