If abortion were illegal, and the killing a fetus would be on the same level as killing a newborn, would a woman having a miscarriage due to negligence (such as she was smoking, drinking, or doing other activities that she knew could harm the pregnancy) be considered negligent homocide or whatever it's called when parents let their 3 year old starve to death?

Oh, I'm sure somewhere it would happen. Nay, that if a woman didn't destroy herself to bring a healthy child into the world as her dues being a breeder, she may be prosecuted. Somewhere, the worst possible result of everything happens. There's just so much wrong that can come of criminalizing abortions...
It's terrible.
