The simplest thing to do is to be more aware of your body and its position in space relative to other objects. I know this sounds silly, but if you're still growing up (which I can't tell from your profile) as your body is changing in size, those changes can cause disruptions in body awareness. Young people tend to be more accident prone in part because of that; they also haven't had the time to develop the coordination skills of an adult.
Working with the element of fire would be a good one to increase awareness. That combined with air could help the effects become learned for the long term. Just a suggestion at any rate. =)

I hope it's just all accidents!
It's all about being aware of your surroundings. Other than that, maybe considering strapping pillows on your body? wink

I know exactly how you feel. I agree with Starlock, if you are growing up, that is most likely the cause. I am 14 and have just come to the realization that I have grown hips and my fingers have gotten longer, so I keep hitting my hand on things and I had quite a large bruise on my right hip a while ago because I bumped into a counter. All I can say is be careful, and yeah, if I had enough bubble wrap I would've wrapped myself in it by now sweatdrop

urgh....Me, I'm used to my body, by now, but for whatever reason, my toe justed started hurting, today. I was walking, and my toe just kept hurting, with every step i took. it tends to stop when I'm not walking, but then it starts right back up again, when I start moving again, and it's driving me nuts, because I know I didn't stub my toe, or anything. anybody have a thought?

Well most of you younger people may be right about teens being accident prone. But let's be realistic. We are witches and we are influenced by more than just the mundane, especially if your light is white...in other words, if you are a good person. There may be a curse on this young person. There are many ways to get rid of a curse. Time being the best way to get rid of it. Rubbing a egg all over you, bathing in fullmoon water, or just meditating to the Goddess and asking for Her help. Find yourself a good H/P if the problem gets worse. Perferably one that knows Reiki.
