This guy wanted some form of spice or something that would help increase his spiritual power. I suggested the best of spices: Melange. The spice Melange is the powerful spice from Frank Herbert's Dune series.

Well, they harvest it from around these tribes called Fremen. Before you freak out, yes, there are people that still live in tribes.

It's a little pricey, and powerful, so I wouldn't get too much if I were you.

I'm really unsure as to the best place to get it.
I would say probably the planet Arrakis.
