How can I become a Crew?:
There will be recruitments going on from now and then, when I/and the other moderators feel that we need more helping hands.

There will be some of you that we will pick and ask, and some of you may - of course, and surely - send in an application form.

The general requirements would be:
Activeness in the guild
Interest in the guild
Good manners towards other members

Becoming a Vice Captain:
Crews can be promoted to become vice captains. The roles do not change, but the privilages widen.

This happens when I think...
One had good enough devotion to the guild
One continues to make effort to make the guild a better place
One has kept the qualities of a good crew
