Tie for the points lead: Stewart with a tire blow and spin sends him to a 25th place finish and Jimmie Johnson with the win makes it a tie between the two of them. Biffle 11 points back. All results still unofficial.

It was an interesting race. But I fell asleep when the checkered flag dropped for the race last Saturday at Charolite. The race was delayed on TV due to a very intence football game between The Notre Dame Fighting Irish and The University of Southern California Trojans.
