I mean, sure, he's talking about drinking and stuff, but hasn't it been said around this forum that Tifa's eyes are wine red? It just seems to be that it's a Cloti song. And the part "And I find/Just one thing makes me forget/Red, red wine" I think of Cloud looking into Tifa's eyes and he just forgets and lets go of everything. The red wine could represent Tifa, and Cloud is asking her not to leave him. And the "My blue, blue heart" section just reminds me of Cloud even more. I don't know. Blue just seems to be his color.
