Personally, I see myself making it crazy and wild with misc events and a cosplaying contest for all ages with prizes for different catagories.
And of the 18+ events.... the hentai, yoai, and yuri dating game!
Plus the music videos and skits made for that age group.
That's about it and I'll edit this if I have anymore ideas!

There would definitely be a cosplay check at the door. No old guys in short skirts unless they've shaved their legs, and no people wearing belly shirts unless you don't have a stomach hanging out from it. It may seem mean, but I do this for everyone. Trust me.

I'd probably manage a yaoi con, only because I have the weirdest obsession with gay men.
Plus, seeing men touch each other daily makes it even better.
