Ichi: If a tala's mate is unactive for a long, long, long time because the owner left, can the active mate still recieve an evolution quest?

I think there are a few evolved tala without mates... but I can't remember exactly. If that's the case I'm sure there would be a way.
Are quests still going to happen at all though? This thread has kinda faded into obscurity lately.

Mates have nothing hat so ever to do with evolution quests. They are only needed for couples quests.

I'm sure lilwere would... if she ever stops by here. I'm just sad more people don't come to the guild anymore. For me it's a perfect place to RP more than the thread since I wander so much.
