According to several live reports emailed to the site, WWE Diva's Champion Maryse suffered an injury at last night's Smackdown house show in Raleigh, NC. During the bout between Maryse and Natalya vs The Bella Twins, Maryse suffered what appeared to be a blown out knee. She collapsed in the corner, prompting EMTs and road agents to attend to her. Following the match, Maryse was maneuvered out of the ring via stretcher. No word yet on how Maryse is recovering.

Update from WWE.com
Divas Champion Maryse dislocated her kneecap at a WWE Live Event this past weekend in Raleigh, N.C., just days after defeating Michelle McCool to become the golden girl of SmackDown.
It is unclear how much time Maryse may miss due to the injury.

If so, 5 bucks it goes to Natalya or Maria. Most likely Maria since it would add another sparkle to a possible WrestleMania match.

DAMNIT.
The title better not go back to Michelle. And I don't see Natalya getting it since she's been MIA the last few weeks, even though that would clearly be the best choice.

Natalya has been MIA, im assuming they are preparing to debut "The Foundation" on SmackDown! tv, The Foundation being DH Smith and TJ Wilson. Natalya has been their manager for many moons indeed and was involved in the stable when Teddy Hart was involved as well.
my assumption is simply they are polishing the stable ready to use on screen. i could be and probably am wrong, but we can hope.
