Mr. Iwata Is it me or are platformers dying? 32/64 bit era was the era of the platformer. This current gen is mainly FPS.

The MASCOT platformer is dying.
The puzzle/platformer is still going strong, with Prince of Persia, Mirror's Edge, etc.

Not a platformer, but Castle Crashers is hella fun. 2D multiplayer beat 'em up.
