Welcome to the Precinct of Dertrian. A precinct is a district, as of a city, marked out for governmental or administrative purposes, or for police protection. The precinct is the governmental area of Culten, it is also a city though. The House of Legislature is located here, that is where the Senates and the Governors and or even the Mayors live. That is also where they discuss their meetings and when they all agree on something, they go and discuss it with the Cultanean King.
The Precinct of Dertrian is a pretty dark place at night, the moon is quite large on this town, and it is quite cloudy during the day, the sun shines down on the city at least twenty percent of the time. There aren't many famous structures here in the city and it is mostly used for governmental things. Factories are also placed here for constructing things in the city.
