Aren't we fancy? Here's the How on Guild Events, so read and follow the rules!


Crew are the only ones allowed to post an event, because an event will be posted as a sticky (and it has to be okay with us before you're able to post it). If a regular member is hosting the event, the Crew will just create the topic as a sticky and then allow the member to post as many times as they want for introducing the event, explaining the rules, etc.

Hosts will be appointed by the Crew creating the topic or Shiva herself. Events will be created by Crew and suggested by them or other members. Doesn't matter, anyone can suggest anything in the Event Suggestion Thread.

When an event is over, it will be taken off as sticky and made a normal thread. You can still post in the topic even after the event is over if you want, for te next current event that will be posted will be a sticky and stay at the top for as long as the event is going.

Contests can be posted by any member, but have to be OK'd by a Crew. You can give out any prizes, just no scamming or cheating people. You'll be banned for that and reported.

Prizes can, of course, be given out or items for an event. Just be sure to state the rules of the game clearly. This is meant to be fun, do not get all angry and b-tardy if you do not win the item or whatever, and decide to annoy the Crew about it. HAR-ASSING the Hosts or Crew about that is not okay.
