The Rules of the Forum:
1. Please try to use proper grammar as much as possible.
2. Play fairly
3. Follow the guild rules as well as the Gaia Rules, and any specific

Contacting your Moderator, Shadowrainstorm
To contact your moderator, you can use one of three methods. My preferred method of contact is by private message, but you may also contact me via AIM, her SN is hipsandtricks, or also contact me by email. My email address is: winkingmoon@sbcglobal.net. Please don't use the email just to say hello, only use it in cases where you need to speak to me immediately, as I check my email the second I sign online. You are welcome to say hello and talk to me via AIM, I would love to get to know more members than I do now. heart
Violations of Rules
How to report a violation
You may tell the member ONCE politely, that they are breaking the rules of the forum. If they persist, please do not post second warnings, or harass the member in the thread or in others, especially over PMs. If a member is found harassing another member via PMs to something that is related to the guild, that member will be put on probation in this forum and most likely the others as well. If you want to report a violation after once warning the member, please PM the thread name, page, and name of the violator to the moderator, Shadowrainstorm, and she will take care of it.
What happens if I violate a rule
1st violation: you will be warned via PM by Shadowrainstorm, and asked to read the rules of the forum
2nd violation: you will be placed on watch by Shadowrainstorm in this forum. The watch will last for two weeks, and further violations within these two weeks will lead to a probationary period.
3rd violation: Member is on a one month probation, and further violations while on probation will end in a report to the captain, and possible banning of the member.
((Repeated violation of the same rule can, and most likely will end in the violating member being banned))
