Masaru stood stock still at this point awaiting further reaction from his opponents, finally noting how outnumbered he really was. He decided this attempt was futile... With a torrential roar of anger, an enormous column of magma erupted, going sky high, and enveloping him. As it had fallen and settled. Masaru was no more..

Noyuki blinked, her heart feeling like coal as her heart fell. She did not expect this reaction from Konjou. She thought he'll atleast hug her back... but what? The only thing she got back was a pat to the head. Noyuki shivered and held her emotions inside, which she did best. She gulped and stood next to Konjou then noticed this lave pillar come out of the ground surrounding someone. Noyuki felt the urge to run to him, helping him from the sudden fire. Then she blinked noticing he disappeared within the lava. "You mean the guy who just vanished?" Noyuki asked, pointing to where the guy was.

"Yeah, that guy," Konjou said, with a sigh, noticing the giant pillar of magma shoot out of the ground. At first, Konjou thought Masaru was preparing for another attack, but, then, he noticed that the temperature dropped greatly. "Looks like he left," Konjou said. Then, looking over to the new guy, "Looks like we won't need your help, after all. Anyhow-" Konjou looked back to Noyuki, "Maybe we should keep moving? I'm pretty sure you're well rested, and I'm positive Demios and Strider are okay. We could head north, until we hit another port, and hope the Dark Lord doesn't attack us on the way."

A violent shiver went down Noyuki's back as Konjou said her brother's title name... Ever since that day she felt betrayed, Noyuki felt fear for her brother. Her brother and her twin. Noyuki bit down hard on her lip as she was glaring at the ground... "Sure whatever... what you choose will be fine with me, let's just go." She stated, her voice strained and weak.

"But first" Charles said in a swift motion drawing his sword he blurred and came up behind Noyuki, bringing his sword down at her. "Let's see how good you really are!"
A burst of cold flowed through the area and the sword froze blunt, Charles stopped and resheathed his sword. A familiar voice spoke "Honestly, Can't let the living alone for a second or else they start fighting." Lucid showed up again. Charles snorted and left into the nearby trees. "He must think I'm full of hot air, though I'm a ghost so I'm not full of anything." Lucid said with a smile. "So where are we going now?"

Noyuki blinked in shocked and spun around quickly when she heard the unknown male's voice and a sword coming down on her. She was about to scream or defend herself till someone else arrived. Noyuki shook a bit till she noticed a ghost... she stared at him dumbfounded. "Who are you?"

"Oh, excuse my bad manners, but I haven't been around at all, in fact I haven't even been a solid." Lucid snickered a little. "I am Lucid, the gentleman ghost, living proof that chivalry is dead. I'd bow, but as you can see, I'm missing a waist, and what a waste of a waist it was."

Noyuki blinked and looked over at the ghost. It was true, he had no waist, just a floating spirit. She giggled though. "It is nice to meet you Sir Lucid. My name is Noyuki." She bowed.
