......I looked at other users candy cane adult dragons and have found no females only males, why is that? even my only candy cane adult dragon is male..... neutral

Yep, all the Candy cane dragons are male. This might be for next Christmas to help limit the population. Or possibly to keep people from trying to breed them then complaining when there is not breed function/it doesn't work.
