Randomly chozen people from different countries over the world have recieved hand delivered letters inviting them to take part in a brand new gameshow.

The premise of the show is to not only test out the latest in manufactuing and design by the sponsor company, but to serve as one of the lead shows in a brand new internet based Televison show, where the choice of randomly selected internet users drive what the main feeds concentrate on.

This radical departure from where the show is produced and then edited and then aired has gone by the wayside and the show is mostly "live" with some on the fly editing for time lapse and montage sequences and to add live music from top rated bands from all over.

No expence was spared in placing thousands and thousands of fixed and mobile cameras and equipment all over a remote tropical island in the pacific.

Each participant of the shows, after agreeing to the shows terms and signing legal documents are promised a surprising good "wage" for each month they stay on the island, and can choose at any time to leave, but if they do they cannot come back, and and prizes from events prior to leaving and equipment may have to be returned, with some exceptions. Winners of event contests can choose different prizes that will ether help thier stay, or choose to secure prizes or equipment for when they leave... winner takes everything left by everyone else, and all thier own prizes and equipment with them, leaving them with a pile of goodies to set themselfs up comfortably well off and also a position with the sponsor company.

With riches, fame, power, and adventure in the wait, many answer the call, but first they have to get through a 2 week testing period to see weather they want to do this, and for a crash course with thier equipment and basic survival.

The first the contestants see of each other is when they are brought to the island by separate boats and left on shore with the equipment and supplies they chose.

Rules:

Try and keep it at least somewaht PG, remember, the island is covered with cameras with live feed to the net contestants.
Be respectful of each other, if you decide to work together or not that is up to you.
Battling shall be monitored, and killing is prohibited, if injuries sustained during your stay require more help then available on island you shall be transported off the island, your gathered prizes equipment and supplies taken with under the descretion of the judges watching.
Tokens shall be awarded for each completed week, event, or for finding them around the island, these can be exchanged for services such as repair, healing, some tasks, exchanged for parts, equipment, food, prizes, upgrades or for trade amounst yourselfs.

Robo-Suit Setup:

Six main catagories, five degrees of focus, three subsections: each level one costs level of upgrade points. Each suit starts off with a set amount of points, and each point after that costs five tokens. Each suit starts out with 50 points, or average in all but four subsections

= suitable for crowd control, rocks and molitovs are no problem, even some small arms with immunity
+ for most serious small arms and some explosives, hand grenade dodgeball was never this fun
++ facing the wrath of the titans, playing with howitzers, well worry not, with this heavy armour nothing short of a battleship should shake you
EMP resistance
-- about the same as the energizer battery
- reccomened for your home computer
= now you can get up close to your microwave and watch the food spin
+ for working on the power lines
++ reccomened for any self respecting tesla trooper or those that sing in the rain with powered armour, can shake off a lighting strike at 88.8 MPH

-- all in one modular technology, if it breaks, easyer to get a new piece then repair

+ crunchy on the outside GUI on the inside, its like you never left your computer at home
++ 1st generation A.I. we are here to beta test, many different settings and modes possible, can emulate other styles be it simple or more complex. *please note the default A.I. avitar does not come in the paperclip style anymore.

-- MK I eyeball and ears, with 5x zoom, passive sensors
- 10x zoom and low light functions, passive sensors, small active sensors
= night vision, 20x zoom, some microscopic function, and some sonic amplification, fair passives and better active
+ night vision, infra red, sonic amplification, 40x zoom good microscopic, some chemical detectors, fine tuned passive sensors, active sonsors suite that includes radar sonar lidar and seismec.
++ houdini couldnt hide from the sherlock suite of sensors, it sports excellent microscopic funtions, 80x zoom, trans spectrum sensors including UV and IR, omni suite of passive and active sensors to make it certain that you know whats out there, can sometimes be overloaded with information without proper processing power. The best set of sensors available
processing
-- graphing calculator and 1st generation gameboy
- you can play your old nintendo games on the emulator while having ypur coffe break
= the power of a good laptop and a music player to boot
+ top of the line massive gaming system that could play the latest games at full quality and not even have to turn on even a third of the cooling fans, reccomened this level and up for advanced interface and sensors
++ if you got the Sherlock suite and A.I. interface then this is the processing power you need, the newest advancements in electronics and memory storage means that the new Cray Xty6 has the cycles per second you need, it has enough storage to last for months of recording information and can store even more when compressed, with the fastest responce time and sheer processing power you need not get anything else.

++ if you can fit it on, it will be able to work, any point of contact is good
ease of use
-- rubics cube with half the stickers worn off
- square peg, meet round hole... sometimes you got to try some tings to make it work

+ if only swedish furniture in a flat box were this easy
++ pull cord, raft inflates... easy as 1 2 3.
adaptation
-- like sledgehammers and chainsaws... they just do not mix well
- like a frog in a blender not very adaptable, but you can make different blends of smoothies out of it
= making different patterns with tetris pieces
+ able to make a friend out of a volleyball, useful for keeping yourself sane
++ like giving Macgyver, the professor from gilligans islandand, Mr. T, and the average crew from an episode of junkyard wars, a swiss army knife, a leather man, a tool shop, the junkyard wars junkpile, and the budget of an elections campain... and pitting them up against a small collection of borg to try and create something for a junkyard wars episode... it might be messy sometimes, but its sure to be entertain ing and probably work out better then you expect, even if it is a transdimentional space coil made out of bamboo and coconut with the power scource being the A-Team van
