i have this whole theory on dating. but i dont really want to get into that b/c it only really makes sense to me. but basically your maturity level his maturity level and the relationship u have in god.

I also made a covenant with God on not dating until at least I got 18 as some already said up there, but there you go: Now I'm 18, and although I've been deeply attracted to a girl since two years ago, there seems to be something stopping me from dating her. God, maybe? confused

I think you can start dating when your 13 as long as you don't let it get in the way of other things such as god studies and other stuff

but i guess also beacuse if u r so young and have a girlfriend/boyfriend,
will this relationship last? will u marry her/him?
dating is not just a temporary relationship in which u can "just feel loved"
not that u can break up anytimes or do whatever and find a new one ><

i guess we should see it also as a commitment

the question u gotta ask urself is:
"am i willing to commit to this relationship??"
