I personally absolutely love the little top hats that became fashionable in the late Victorian era. So, I just thought I would share my little top hat and the tutorial I made it from; in case anyone else shares my love for these little hats and wants to make one too. As time goes by... Cool. It reminds me of a hat I wore in this play... I'll have to make one for someone when I have time.
What kind of feathers are those on the top? I haven't read the tutorial yet... redface ...the last note of sound lingers.

What kind of feathers are those on the top? I haven't read the tutorial yet... redface ...the last note of sound lingers. Hmm, I'm not exactly sure what kind of feathers those are, actually. They came in a pin which was purchased from a cheap jewellry store. Any kind of feathers would work if you decided to use feathers on it. Fake flowers or a tulle veil would also work.

i like it. very elegant and the feathers are a nice touch, though on a person i'm not so sure. in truth, i've never much liked those top hats on people because they just didn't look right on most. it took the right look and person to make them look good.

Damia_Miram i like it. very elegant and the feathers are a nice touch, though on a person i'm not so sure. in truth, i've never much liked those top hats on people because they just didn't look right on most. it took the right look and person to make them look good. I think it would all be in the right hairstyle.

I saw your tutorial quite awhile ago on DA! I wish I could make one! I just need to go out and buy supplies.
