Today, Las vegas had their first snow day in atleast 34 years!!!!
It's absolutely amazing, we didn't get much snow.. but we don't have to go to school. It's tooo dangerous for people to be traveling on the roads because this never happens.
It only snows about once a year, and it's not for very long it stays for maybe a day and its gone, but this year..we got constant snowing for two days!! So Las vegas is not prepared for any snow pile up, and they decided for us to have a snow day.
In the higher elavations we got about a foot of snow, and on the strip we got about 3-4 inches, they even closed down the airport and canceled all the flights to and from las vegas.
It may not seem like alot, but we never get more than an inch anywhere other than the mountains.

xD Yeah, we never have school cancellations, and we get a LOT more snow that you do.

We got snow up to my height before D: Like i said, we aren't prepared for this kind of stuff.. no snow shoes, jackets, and no one has chains on their tires for their cars. But, we broke out record for car accidents in one day. On monday there was a total of 144 accidents in one day due to wreckless driving on the ice. and we got maybe 57 on wednesday.
