Cherrygrove City: is located in south-central Johto. It is known as "the City of Cute, Fragrant Flowers." Though the city has no gym, it is frequently passed through by Pokémon trainers on their way to Violet City from New Bark Town.

Rian hails from Cherrygrove in the Johto region, lives with his rather large family and got a pair of Pokemon eggs from his oldest sister to raise on his own. Unlike the rest of the 'well behaved' Pokemon of the family his duo can be a bit of a handful... he set off on his journey both for himself and for them choosing a new place, far from home to test himself and to get away from the reputation of his family.

Nature: Impish

Personality: Fenris is slightly younger then his brother, his egg hatching mere moments after that of Fenrir. It would seem from birth to present he and his brother were the exact opposite of their parents, little monsters that like to get into trouble, like to explore and like to steal sweets.

Rian's older sister was unable to deal with both them and the training of her current Pokemon along with all of the Contests her group were often in. As a result the 'twins' as they were dubbed were handed off to her youngest sibling, Rian to watch after. It would seem that someone young and energetic and not as busy as their mother's trainer was good for them, they seem to listen to him... though they can still be seen getting in a bit over their heads at time.

* Neither Fenrir nor Fenris travel in their Pokeballs. Neither are considered 'Lead' and they switch off who battles to keep it fair.
